American Airlines

Our office is located at 31, H-18 in Sector-7, Rohini. It is a regular building in a busy part of Delhi. We handle things for American Airlines from this spot. It isn't a big glass office tower or anything like that, just a local place where we do our daily work. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at computer screens. The street outside can get pretty jammed with traffic, especially in the mornings. We have been here for a good bit now. Most of the staff lives around Rohini or nearby sectors, so we all know the area well. It is a lot of coordinating and checking schedules. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which can be annoying when you are in the middle of something. We don't have any big corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a kettle for tea. We try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes in. It is a straightforward kind of place. We aren't doing anything fancy, just keeping the office running and making sure everything is logged correctly for the flights. It gets a bit dusty being so close to the main road, so we are always cleaning the windows. It is just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs every day.
