American Airlines

We operate out of E-603, Nagarjuna Apartments on Noida Road. It’s right near the Noida Check Post, sitting right on the edge of Delhi. This is where we handle some of the American Airlines business. It is definitely not an airport terminal or a big ticket office with a lot of travelers; it’s actually inside an apartment complex. It feels more like a home office than a big corporate space. We have a few computers and plenty of files tucked away in the cabinets and corners. Since it is an apartment building, it’s actually pretty quiet most of the time, which really helps when we are trying to fix booking errors or handle customer records. The view out the window shows the heavy traffic moving towards Noida every morning. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow, so we have to plan ahead if we’re heading out for our lunch break. It’s a small, tight-knit team here. We know each other well and we’ve been doing this kind of work for a long time now. We aren't dressed in suits or uniforms every day, just regular clothes while we get the work done. It’s an unusual spot for such a big airline name to be, but it works for what we need to do. We handle the emails and the phone calls and make sure the data is all correct for the flights.
