American Airlines

We have our space at Flat No.193 in the Dda Sfs Flats, Pkt-1, Sector 22, Dwarka. It’s a residential area in New Delhi-110075, which makes for a different kind of office vibe. Instead of a big glass tower, we are right here in the flats. It’s actually quite nice because it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs. We handle things for American Airlines from this location. Inside Flat No.193, it’s mostly just us working on computers and talking on the phone. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Most people who come here already know where we are. Dwarka is a big area and Sector 22 has its own rhythm. We get to work, start the computers, and see what the day brings. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on the schedules and the technical side of the airline business. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, or the neighbor’s kids are playing in the hallway, but that’s just life in a Dda flat. It makes the work feel more human. We aren't corporate robots; we're just people in an office in 110075 trying to keep things running smoothly. It’s a simple setup and it works for us. We've been here for several years and the security guards at the gate know us by name now. It’s nice to have that neighborhood feel even when we are dealing with international schedules.
