American Airlines

Our office is tucked away on Street No. 2 in Virender Nagar, over in the Janakpuri area. The address is Vb-66, and it is a pretty normal street with houses and small shops all around. We handle a lot of the local coordination and administrative tasks from this spot. It is not a huge airport terminal or a glass building; it is just a small office where we sit and work. Sometimes the neighbors are out washing their cars or kids are playing nearby while we are on the phone dealing with flight details. We have got a couple of computers that have seen better days, but they do the job. The commute to get here through Janakpuri traffic can be a bit of a struggle in the mornings. We are not some distant corporate entity when you come here. We are just a few people in a room trying to keep everything organized. There is usually a stack of folders on the desk and someone making a fresh pot of tea. We do not have a lot of rules about how things look, as long as the work gets finished on time. It is a very local way of doing business in a big city. We just stay focused on our daily routine and help out where we can.
