American Airlines

We are located over in Lajpat Nagar Part II, specifically at F-11 and 12 on levels one and two. It is a very busy area with lots of shops and people walking around at all hours. This office is where we handle a lot of the paperwork and customer questions for the airline. It is not a terminal or an airport, just a regular office building where we spend our days sitting at computers. We deal with a lot of phone calls and emails about tickets, cancellations, and baggage. Sometimes the lines are long and people get a bit frustrated with us, but we are just here doing the work. The office is usually full of the sound of typing and people talking on headsets. We have our desks set up across the two floors. It can get a bit hectic when there are flight changes or weather issues in other parts of the world. We just try to keep up with the updates as they come across our screens. It is not always glamorous work, mostly just checking flight codes and entering data into the system. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the long shifts. The neighborhood is great because there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch when we have a break. We have been at this location for a bit now, and we are just a standard part of the Lajpat Nagar landscape.
