American Airlines (Reservations)

So, we’re located at F-2 Rashmi Apartments over in Harsh Vihar. It’s a residential-feeling area in Pitampura, New-Delhi. This is where we handle the American Airlines reservations. It's not a huge airport office, just a space in the apartments. We have phones ringing constantly and people asking about flights to places far away. Sometimes it’s hard to believe we’re sitting here in 110034 talking to people about trips to another continent. The office is a bit crowded with desks and computers. We try to keep it organized, but with all the notes and schedules, it gets messy. We don't have fancy signs out front. If you’re looking for us, you just find Rashmi Apartments and head to F-2. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on getting the dates right and making sure nobody gets stuck. It’s a lot of typing. We take our breaks when we can, usually grabbing a snack from the local shops nearby. It’s a regular job for us. We aren't pilots or flight attendants, just the folks behind the scenes in Pitampura. The traffic around here can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we’re used to it. It’s just how things are at our little corner of the city. We deal with the delays and the changes and all those phone calls that come in throughout the shift. It’s steady work in a quiet apartment building where we just keep our heads down and type.
