America Express

America Express is located right at 131B/2, Govindpuri, in the Kalkaji area of New Delhi. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and the office is just a simple space where we get things done. It’s not a big corporate building with fancy glass walls or anything like that. Instead, it’s a place where you can hear the street noise and the tea seller outside. We handle various tasks throughout the day, mostly focusing on the paperwork and people who walk in with questions. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud, but they keep the Delhi heat away. The team here is small, just a few of us who know the neighborhood well. We don't really have a polished way of talking to customers; we just speak normally and try to be helpful. Usually, there’s a stack of files on the desk that we’re working through. It gets a bit chaotic on Monday mornings, but we manage to find our way through it. Most people who come to see us are from around Kalkaji or Govindpuri, so we see a lot of familiar faces. We don't go in for big advertisements. We just keep our door open and do what needs to be done. We've got a small kettle in the corner for making tea during the breaks, which is a nice touch on the slower days. Sometimes the neighbor from the next shop over comes by for a bit of gossip, too. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup.
