Our place is over at Rz-257, T-Ext in Uttam Nagar. If you know the area, you know it’s a lot of narrow streets and constant activity. We do our work from here, mostly focused on projects and the infrastructure side of things. It’s a practical setup. We have maps and blueprints scattered around most of the time because there is always something being planned or updated. The office isn't about looking pretty; it’s about having enough room to spread out the documents and get the numbers right. New Delhi 110059 is a busy zone, and being in Uttam Nagar keeps us close to the ground. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on site progress. It’s dusty work sometimes, and the office reflects that. We’ve got a couple of old fans that hum all day and a water cooler that everyone gathers around. We’ve been at this address for quite a while, so the locals know us. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, we just want to get the current project finished without too many headaches. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure the materials are where they should be. We just show up, do the hours, and head home like everyone else in this neighborhood. There is always a lot to do, so we just stay busy.
