Ambessdor Sky Chef As A Flight Executive

People often ask about the long name on our board here in Roshangarden, Najafgarh. We’ve been at Rz69M/S Block for a while now. It gets quite busy in the kitchen because of the flight executive side of things. Managing food for travel isn't always easy. Some days the traffic in Delhi makes things a bit tight, but we just keep going. It’s mostly just us doing our thing every day. The neighborhood knows where we are. We don't really do much advertising. Most of what we do involves making sure things are packed right and ready on time. It is a bit of a trek for some to find us in this part of Najafgarh if they aren't from around here. We’ve got a small team. Everyone knows their job. Sometimes it feels like we are always checking the clocks because of the flight schedules. That’s just the nature of the work we do. It’s not a fancy setup. If you walk past our spot, you might just see us busy with crates or checking lists. We’ve been in this spot long enough that the local tea stall guy knows exactly when we start. It’s just a regular workplace trying to get things out the door. We don't have a lot of time for extra talk when the orders are high. Najafgarh is a bit crowded, but it works for us. We just try to keep the food moving.
