If you head over to Mahipalpur, specifically L-Block on 5A Street, you’ll find us at number 168. We are tucked away in a busy part of New Delhi-37, working alongside Mr. John. Our day starts really early, often before the sun is even up, because the airline food business doesn't really sleep. It is a bit of a maze getting here if you aren't used to the local streets, but we like the location because it’s so close to where the action is. The kitchen area is always moving, with people chopping, packing, and checking lists. It gets pretty loud and hot, especially during the summer months, but that is just part of the job. We don't have a reception desk or a lobby for visitors since we are mostly focused on getting the crates out the door and into the trucks. Mr. John keeps an eye on the clock to make sure everything stays on track. It is hard work and your hands are always busy, but there is a sense of satisfaction when the trucks leave and we know everything is ready. We’ve been in Mahipalpur for quite some time and have seen the area change around us. It's a gritty, hardworking environment without any of that corporate fluff. We just focus on the meals and the schedules, making sure we don't fall behind. It’s just how we do things here every single day with the team we have.
