Ambassador Hotel (Singapore)

If you are looking for Ambassador Hotel (Singapore) in Delhi, you will find our office over in Saket at L-92 D. It is a bit of a funny thing having the Singapore name but being right here in a residential part of South Delhi. The office is basically where we handle all the bookings and the questions people have about their upcoming stays. Saket is a nice area, usually pretty green with lots of trees around the lanes. Our building is a standard house that has been converted into an office space. We have a couple of rooms where the staff sits and works on the laptops all day. The internet can be slow sometimes, which is a bit of a headache, but we manage to get things done eventually. It’s quite different from the big hotels themselves. We don’t have a lobby or a concierge here, just a front door and some stairs to climb. Mostly, we are just talking to people on the phone or answering emails. There are a few nice parks nearby where we take a walk during the lunch hour just to get some fresh air. The traffic on the main road can be a total mess, but once you turn into the colony, it gets much quieter. It’s a very local feel here. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea several times a day to keep us going through the afternoon.
