Amazing Tour & Travels

Our office is over in Rajangar-II, Palam Colony, specifically at WZ-63 on Gali Number 1. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know how the streets can be. It’s always lively around here. We’ve been running Amazing Tour & Travels from this spot for a bit, and it’s basically just a room with some maps on the wall and a couple of computers that sometimes run slow. We handle travel stuff, like booking tickets or trying to figure out train schedules for people who don't want to mess with the internet themselves. It’s not like those big agencies in the malls. Here, you just walk in from the street, sit down on a plastic chair, and we talk about where you’re trying to go. Most of our regulars live right here in Palam or the surrounding blocks. They know us by name, and we know which uncle is going to visit his grandkids in Punjab or who’s looking for a cheap flight to Dubai. It gets a little cramped when more than three people are inside, especially when the weather is humid, but we manage. We spend a lot of time on the phone, waiting on hold with airlines or checking if a bus is actually going to show up on time. It’s a lot of small details and keeping track of paper receipts. That’s just how it goes at our little shop on Gali No. 1.
