Amar Tours And Travels operates out of Ward No-4 in Mehrauli. We share some space with Sunil Dawar here, so if you're looking for us, that’s the spot. Mehrauli is a crowded area with lots of narrow lanes, so it can be a bit tricky to find the right door sometimes. We’ve been handling travel stuff for a bit now, mostly just booking things and figuring out routes for people. It’s just a small setup, nothing like those big offices you see downtown. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps. Some days are slow, and other days everyone wants to go somewhere at the exact same time. We try to keep our records straight, but paperwork is always a bit of a headache. My desk is usually covered in notes and old schedules. We don't have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It’s just us working out of this room in New Delhi. We know the local roads pretty well, which helps when people ask for advice on where to go. Being in Mehrauli means we see a lot of history every day just walking to work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help folks get from one place to another without too much trouble.
