You can find us at 295/D-5 in Lado Sarai. We’ve been sitting in this New Delhi office for a while now. It’s a small travel shop, nothing like those big agencies you see on television. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at flight screens. Lado Sarai is a busy little pocket of the city, and our office fits right in with the other shops on the street. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction and traffic nearby, so we are always dusting off the desks. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us helping people figure out where they need to go and how to get the right ticket. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit, but they usually don't mind. We know a lot of the people who live around here because they stop by to ask questions about trains or planes. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking dates and prices over and over. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon. It’s a simple way to make a living. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to make sure people get their travel papers sorted without too much of a headache for them or for us.
