Amanbagh Resort (Aman Resorts)

We are based over at 117 /C in Mahipalpur, which is right near the airport area in Delhi. It is a busy spot with lots of traffic and noise all the time. Amanbagh Resort has this space here to handle the local side of things. Most of our day is spent talking to people who are just arriving or getting ready to leave. It’s a lot of logistics, really. We have to keep track of who is coming in and where they need to go next. The office itself is pretty simple, nothing like the actual resorts might look like. We just have our chairs, some old computers, and a lot of maps. Mahipalpur is always moving, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. We spend time on the phone a lot, checking on transport and making sure everything is ready. Sometimes things get delayed because of the Delhi traffic, which is something we deal with every single day. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It is just about making sure the plans actually work out. The staff here knows the roads well and we try to help out however we can. It can be stressful when things are busy, but we just take it one person at a time. We’ve been at this location for a while now and the locals know us. It’s just our daily routine in this part of town.
