Aman Group

Aman Group is based over in Sector-19 in Noida. The address is C-191/B, and it’s a spot that’s easy to find if you know the sector well. We do a lot of different things here, mostly coordinating stuff for various projects. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper files stacked in the corners. Noida is usually hot, so the air conditioner is always humming in the background. We have a small kitchen area where we heat up our lunch boxes. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we know each other's families and habits. It's not a place with strict rules about where you sit. We just get the work done. Outside, there are always cars parked along the street and the local vendors come by selling snacks in the afternoon. Sometimes the electricity fluctuates, which is common in U.P., so we have to save our work often. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just keeping things moving for our clients. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but we are used to it. The gate usually stays open during the day so the breeze can come in when it's not too dusty out. We usually head out around six and wait for the traffic to clear.
