You can find us on the ground floor over at F-196/D in Laxmi Nagar. If you know Delhi at all, you know how busy this part of town is. There are shops everywhere and people are always moving. Our space is right in the middle of it all. We have been operating from this 110092 area for a while now. It’s a bit cramped inside sometimes because we have a lot of stuff going on, but we make it work. Most of our visitors are people from the neighborhood or travelers looking for help. The street outside is always noisy, with rickshaws and vendors, but once you step inside, it’s a bit calmer. We don't really have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us making sure the daily tasks are finished. We handle a lot of requests every day and try to keep everything organized. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, which is just part of living in Delhi. We just deal with it and keep going. It’s a humble setup, but it serves us well. Laxmi Nagar is a place where you have to be quick, and we’ve learned to adapt to that over time. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just do the work and help whoever comes in. Usually, there is some tea being made in the back if you arrive in the morning.
