Al-Rehman Enterprises

Al-Rehman Enterprises is located at 1374 Chhatta Rajan in the Farash Khana area of Old Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Delhi-6, you know how tight the lanes are. Our office is in one of those old buildings that has been around forever. It’s not modern at all. The ceilings are very high and the walls are thick. It stays a bit cooler inside during the summer because of how it’s built. We don’t have much in the way of fancy furniture, just some old wooden tables and chairs that have been with us for years. There’s always a lot of noise from the street—rickshaws, people shouting, and the sounds of the market. We do a lot of our business face-to-face because that’s how it works here. People just walk in to talk. We have registers piled up on the shelves. It’s a bit dusty, no matter how much we clean, because of all the traffic outside. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day. It’s a very traditional way of working. We don't use much fancy tech, just the basics to keep things moving. Everyone knows everyone else in this part of town. It’s a real community feeling. We just keep our heads down and do our work the way we always have.
