We are located right here in Village Chowkhandi, which is part of the larger Tilak Nagar area in New Delhi. Our office is at Wz-23. If you know the neighborhood, you know it can get pretty crowded during the day, especially around the main chowk. We have been operating from this spot for some time now, mostly handling travel arrangements and tour bookings for people in the local community. It is a small space, nothing too fancy, just some desks and chairs where we sit and figure out itineraries. Most days start with opening the shutters and getting the dust off the tables because the road outside is always busy with traffic. We see a lot of people walking by on their way to the market. Sometimes the electricity goes off for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the backup. We handle things like flight tickets and bus bookings for families going on holiday or workers heading back home. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The mobile number listed is usually on me or my staff, so if we don't pick up right away, we are probably on the other line with a client or at the ticket counter. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the travel business well enough to help out. It is just a regular local shop doing its bit in this part of Delhi.
