Alpha At Igi Airport

Alpha At Igi Airport is our small team, and we are based out of Paschim Vihar at Bg2/39B. It’s a bit of a distance from the actual airport, but this is where we do all our planning and office work. New Delhi-63 is a good area, but the traffic to IGI can be a real pain sometimes, especially during the peak hours. We are mostly focused on the operations that happen on the tarmac and around the terminals. It is a lot of coordination. We aren't a big agency with a shiny office building. Our place in Paschim Vihar is just a regular house-turned-office where we keep our schedules and uniforms. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is there at once, but we make it work. We have been doing this for a while and we know the airport layout like the back of our hands. Most of us are from around here, so we just treat it like a local business. We don’t bother with fancy slogans or anything like that. We just focus on being on time because the planes won't wait for us. Some days are really long, especially when there are delays or bad weather at the airport. We just grab a chai, sit down at the desks in Bg2/39B, and figure out the plan for the day. It’s simple, honest work. There is always something to fix or a schedule to change, but that is part of the job. We like the pace and the people we work with every day.
