Alpcord Network Travel & Conferences Mgt Company is based right here in New Delhi, specifically in the 110030 area. We spend most of our time organizing events and sorting out travel details for various groups. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure people end up in the right place at the right time. We don't have a big, glossy office in a skyscraper. It’s more of a functional space where we can spread out our folders and get on the phone. Planning conferences can be a bit of a headache with all the moving parts, but we’ve been doing it long enough to not get too stressed out. We aren't a massive agency with thousands of employees. It's just a group of us who know how to manage logistics. We don't use a lot of buzzwords or try to sound more important than we are. We just get the work done. The office can get pretty loud when we have a big event coming up, but that’s just part of the routine. We like being in Delhi; it’s central and keeps us close to where the action is. Most of our days are spent checking and re-checking lists to make sure nothing gets missed. It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about, but it’s what we do for a living. We just keep plugging away at it, one event at a time. It keeps us quite busy.
