Aloha The Hawaiian Chills

We are located in New Delhi, specifically in the 110016 area. Our place is run out of a residential spot, which makes it feel a bit more personal than a shop in a mall. My father, Mr. R. S. Basera, has been here for a long time, and we just work out of the family space. The name Aloha The Hawaiian Chills sounds like something from far away, but we are very much local to Delhi. We spend our days managing the different parts of the business. It involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of supplies. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with everyone coming and going, but we manage to stay organized enough. The weather in Delhi is nothing like Hawaii, so we have to deal with the dust and the heat most of the year. We aren't some polished brand with a fancy logo on every wall. We’re just a family trying to make something work. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just knowing someone who knows us. We sit around the table and talk about what needs to be done for the next week. It’s a humble way to run things, but it works for us. We don’t have any big corporate goals, just the desire to keep things moving and make sure our customers are treated like neighbors. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now.
