Allied Estate Service

We are located at Paradise Apartment, specifically in B-2/202. This is Plot Number 40 over in I.P. Extension, New Delhi-92. It’s a residential complex, so we work right out of the apartment. It makes sense for an estate service to be right where the people live. The apartment is on the second floor. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is being serviced, which happens sometimes. The office is basically a converted living area. We have some maps of the local area on the walls and a lot of folders stacked up on the tables. I.P. Extension is a nice area with lots of societies, so we are always busy talking to neighbors or checking on properties nearby. It’s not a corporate setup at all. You’ll probably see someone’s lunch box on the table or hear a neighbor’s kid playing in the hallway. We like it this way because it’s real. We know the guards at the gate and the people who run the local grocery store. When you come to see us, you’re just coming to a flat in a regular building. We’ve been here long enough that we know which apartments are facing issues and which ones are kept well. It’s just a small team of us trying to keep the estate services running smoothly for everyone in the area. We keep the balcony door open for some fresh air, even if it brings in a bit of dust from the plot next door. It’s homey.
