Allaince Hospitality (Hotel Africa Avenue)

Our place is the Hotel Africa Avenue, located at B-19, G-1 in Dilshad Garden. It’s in the Delhi-95 area, which is a busy residential and commercial mix. We aren't one of those massive five-star hotels with a hundred floors. It’s a more modest setup where we focus on getting guests settled into their rooms. The building is tucked away in the Dilshad Garden neighborhood, so it feels a bit more private than being right on a main highway. We spend a lot of time cleaning rooms, checking the kitchen supplies, and making sure the front desk is covered. It’s a lot of physical work, especially during the wedding seasons when things get really hectic. The staff is mostly local guys who know the area well. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just provide a bed and a place to stay for people visiting East Delhi. The lobby is small but functional. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by parked cars, which is just part of living in Delhi. We handle the laundry, the billing, and the occasional complaint about the Wi-Fi. It’s a practical business. We don't have a gym or a swimming pool, just rooms that are kept as tidy as we can manage. People come here because it’s convenient for this side of town. That’s about the long and short of it. We’ve been running things this way for a while now and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved.
