We've been here in Sonia Vihar for a while now, right on Street No 6. It's A 309 if you’re looking for the exact spot. It’s a busy neighborhood but we like the energy of it. Most days you’ll find one of us sitting by the desk sorting out train tickets or talking to someone about a bus back to their village. It isn't a big fancy office with glass doors or air conditioning that freezes you out, just a normal place where people drop by to get things sorted. Sometimes the tea arrives cold from the shop next door but the talk is usually good. We handle a lot of different things, mostly just helping people get from one place to another without too much trouble. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the vendors, but that's just how life is in this part of town. We know the routes and the timings pretty well because we do this every single day. If someone needs a flight or just a cab for a morning trip to the station, we try our best to get it done. People around here know us by name, which is nice. It’s not just work for us; it’s about making sure a neighbor gets to their wedding or the kids get to their exams on time. We don't have a big website or anything fancy, just this office. Stop by if you’re passing through. There’s usually someone here from morning until late evening. We keep the ledger books on the desk and the phone keeps ringing. It's just us working.
