We’ve been setting up trips and booking tickets from our office in East End Apartments for quite some time. Being right across from New Ashok Nagar helps people find us easily enough. Travel can be a real headache with all the changes in flights and paperwork these days, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. It’s a small space here at C-134, often filled with stacks of folders and old calendars. We aren't one of those big online sites where you can't talk to anyone. If something goes wrong with a booking, we’re the ones who have to fix it. Mayur Vihar Phase-1 is a busy area and we fit right in with the local pace. Sometimes it gets stressful when a client's flight is cancelled last minute, but we do what we can. We handle mostly local stuff but since we have the IATA thing, we do international routes too. It's a lot of double-checking names and dates to make sure nobody gets stuck at an airport. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular office where we drink too much tea and try to get people where they need to go. We’ve seen the travel industry change a lot over the years, but the basics of helping someone get a ticket are still the same for us. We just try to get the details right and keep everyone moving.
