You can find Alif Travels Pvt Ltd (Iata) on the first floor of I-28/B in Abulfazal Enclave. We are right in Jamia Nagar, which is a very busy part of New Delhi 110025. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always crowded with people and rickshaws. The office is pretty simple. We have a few computers, some chairs for customers, and a lot of travel documents. Because we have that IATA certification, we handle a lot of official booking stuff. It’s a lot of checking dates and flight numbers over and over again to make sure everything is right. Jamia Nagar is a lively place to be, especially with the university so close. We get a lot of students coming in to book tickets home for the holidays. It’s not a quiet office, as the phones are usually ringing and there’s always someone coming up the stairs. We aren't trying to be a massive travel agency. We just want to help the people in our neighborhood get where they need to go. The summer heat can be tough, but we have a small cooler that helps a bit. We’ve been at this address for several years and it feels like home to us now. We just take it one booking at a time and keep things moving. Every customer has a different story about where they are going and why.
