We are based out of Mangolpuri in New Delhi, right at T-1381. It’s a busy neighborhood and things can get pretty chaotic outside our door, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We’ve been here for a good while now, helping people with their travel plans. Our office is simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for people to sit while they wait, and a lot of brochures that usually end up in a bit of a mess. It’s a local business through and through. Most of the people who come to see us live nearby. We know a lot of the families in the area. We don't use any fancy booking systems that you might see in the big malls. We just use our computers and our phones to get things sorted. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to find the right flight or bus for someone, but we stay at it. The office isn't air-conditioned perfectly, so it gets a bit warm in the summer months, but we have some fans going. We just try to be helpful and get people where they need to go. It’s not glamorous work, but seeing someone head off on a trip is nice. We are just a small team working out of this spot in Mangolpuri. We don't have a big sign, just our name on the door at T-1381.
