We are based out of Wz- 894 near Bata Chowk in Palam Village. It’s a crowded area, so getting our trucks in and out of the narrow lanes can be a real headache sometimes. Most of our work happens on the road or inside people's houses, but this is where we keep all our supplies. We have piles of cardboard boxes, rolls of bubble wrap, and stacks of packing tape everywhere you look. Moving stuff is hard work and it's definitely not fancy. We spend our days lifting heavy wooden cupboards, wrapping fragile glass items, and carrying boxes up and down stairs. Our team is small and we’ve all been doing this for years. We start early because the Delhi heat is no joke, especially in the summer months. By midday, we are usually covered in dust and sweat. People call us when they are stressed about moving their whole life to a new place. We just show up and start packing. There isn’t a big secret to it, you just have to be careful and strong. The office at Bata Chowk is where we take the calls and manage the schedule. Sometimes the phone rings at odd hours, but that's just the nature of this business. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It's just us, the trucks, and a lot of heavy lifting every single day.
