You can find us at Jaisingh House in Chilla Village, which is part of the Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Extension. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, not on the main high street, so it has that local village feel even though we are in the middle of a big city. The roads around here are pretty narrow and you have to watch out for the cows and the rickshaws when you’re coming in. Alchemist Ltd is based right here in this building. It’s an interesting place to work because you see the real daily life of the neighborhood right outside the door. There’s always someone cooking something that smells good or neighbors chatting loudly across the balconies. The building itself, Jaisingh House, has been around for a long time and shows its age, but it’s sturdy enough for us. We don’t have any polished marble floors or fancy lighting. We just have our desks, our computers, and a lot of work to do. Sometimes the mail gets confused because the addresses in Chilla Village can be tricky for the delivery guys to find. We often end up going out to the main road to meet them ourselves. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way because it’s practical for what we do. We spend our days here, keeping things moving and trying to stay out of the hot afternoon sun as much as we can.
