Alankit

Our office for Alankit is in the 110084 area of Delhi. We have been here for a while and it is a pretty typical place for a business in this part of the city. The office isn't something that would stand out to a stranger. It is just a room with desks, computers, and a lot of files. We aren't very big on decoration, so the walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars. We deal with various tasks throughout the day, and it can get a bit hectic when everything happens at once. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just talk to each other like normal neighbors and get our work done. The neighborhood is just a regular Delhi street with people going about their business. We see the same folks every morning on our way into the office. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living and working here, so we just wait it out. We don't have any grand mission statements or fancy posters about our values. We just show up every morning and do what needs to be finished by the end of the day. It is a simple, straightforward way to run a company. We like that it is honest and doesn't require a lot of fuss. It is just a group of us working in a quiet corner of Delhi.
