We are located in Rohini, Sector-16. Our office is on the ground floor of building I-5/11. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to deal with elevators or too many stairs when we are bringing in supplies. Rohini is a huge residential and commercial mix, and this sector is where we decided to set up. We work on things related to the restaurant business. It’s not always glamorous. Most of it is just looking at menus, costs, and staff rotations. The light in the morning is pretty good through the front windows. We have a few tables where we sit and plan things out. The Delhi 110085 area is quite busy, so there’s always something happening outside. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the food and the operations in the places we run are okay. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we get through it. We have a small kitchen area in the back to test things out occasionally. It’s a practical workspace for people who actually like the industry. We don’t have a fancy receptionist. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It’s a straightforward way to run a restaurant group from a small office.
