Our office is located at N-93 in Batla House, over in the Okhla area of New Delhi. Some people say it's Haryana on the letters because the address format is a bit confusing, but we are right here in the thick of the city. We’ve been running things from this building for a while now. It’s a benefit company, which means we spend most of our time looking at documents and helping people figure out their paperwork. The office isn't very big, and it can get a little crowded when we have a few people visiting at once. We have old metal filing cabinets that sometimes get stuck, and there are stacks of folders on almost every flat surface in the room. It’s a real working office, not a showroom for clients. The streets in Batla House are always full of life and noise, so there is never a quiet moment. We like being part of this community though. You get to know the people living and working nearby. We just show up every morning, unlock the door at N-93, and start going through what needs to be done for the day. It isn't always smooth, and sometimes we fall behind on the filing, but we catch up eventually. It is just a simple, local operation where we try to be useful to the folks who come to see us. We’ve been in this spot long enough that the walls feel familiar and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands.
