Our office is in the Al Watan Apartment building, specifically K/96, which is on Street Number 5 in the Abul Fazal Enclave. This is right in the heart of Jamia Nagar in Okhla. If you know this area, you know how busy the streets are with people, rickshaws, and shops everywhere. We are located in an apartment, so it has a very personal and local feel to it. People often just drop by for a chat or to ask about travel details. We have a couple of computers and some chairs for visitors to sit on while we talk. It’s not a polished travel agency with bright lights; it’s more like a community spot. We handle a lot of bookings and travel arrangements throughout the day. The phone rings a lot, and there is usually some tea being served to whoever is visiting. We have been in Okhla for a while and we know the neighborhood very well. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, but we just wait it out. It is a family-like atmosphere here among the staff. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things to do for the day. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest place to work. We just keep things simple and try to help people with their travel needs. The office is small and usually filled with the sound of someone typing or talking on the phone.
