Akon Tours is right in the middle of Mantola, Pahar Ganj. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know how crowded and lively it gets. Our spot at H.No-850 is where we manage all the travel details. People are always walking past the door, looking for a way to see the rest of India. We spend our time booking tickets and explaining routes to travelers who look a bit lost. It’s a small office but it stays very busy because of where we are. We have maps on the walls and plenty of registers to keep track of everyone. Pahar Ganj has a specific energy and we’ve been part of it for a long while. We don't try to be fancy. We just give people the information they need so they can get on their way. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the street gets blocked by a cart, but that’s just life in Delhi-55. We talk to people from all over the world right here in this little room. It’s interesting to hear where everyone is going. We keep our prices fair and our advice straightforward.
