We are based in Gangotri Enclave, over in the B 54 C block. It’s a residential area in New Delhi, so it’s got a different feel than the big commercial hubs. Being here means we’re right in the middle of a neighborhood, which is actually quite nice for a change. Our office is basically a converted space that fits our small team. We’ve got architectural drawings and site plans rolled up in almost every corner. It can get a bit dusty with all the paper and the Delhi air. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and checking on how the projects are moving along. There’s always someone coming or going, usually heading out to a site or coming back with updates. The tea boy comes around a few times a day, which is the highlight for most of us. We aren't a huge corporation with floors of people; we’re just a dedicated group working out of this flat. The internet can be spotty when the weather gets bad, and we’ve had our fair share of plumbing issues in the building. It’s all part of the daily grind. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we’re mostly focused on the actual project work. It's a busy, somewhat cluttered environment but we know where everything is. We just try to keep things moving forward as best as we can, even when things get a bit disorganized.
