Akbar Travels

We started Akbar Travels quite some time ago now. Our office is tucked away in Mahipalpur, right behind the Radisson hotel at L-15/107 A. It's a busy area but we like it here because it’s easy for people to find once they know where the hotel is. Mostly, we just handle travel stuff for whoever walks in or calls. My cousin and I run the place most days. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with the phones ringing and people asking about flights or trains, but that's just how the travel business goes. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just some desks and computers and a couple of chairs for you to sit while we look things up. The New Delhi heat can be a lot in the summer so we keep the AC running. If you’re around the 110 037 pin code area, you’ve probably seen our sign. We try to keep things simple. No one wants a complicated story when they just need to get from one city to another. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and talking to airlines. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking dates over and over to make sure everything is right. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some new shops opened up next door recently. It’s nice to be part of the local community here in Mahipalpur. We’re usually here from morning until late evening.
