We're based out in Calicut, Kerala. Our focus is mainly on travel bookings and getting people where they need to go. It’s a busy office because people are always wanting to go somewhere, whether it's for work or a holiday. We have a lot of maps and schedules laying around. It can get a bit messy during the peak season when everyone wants a ticket at the same time. The humidity here in Kerala is something we just deal with every day. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of telephones that never seem to stop ringing. We spend a lot of time on hold with airlines or checking passport details. It’s a lot of small details that you have to get right every time. If you make a mistake on a name, it’s a big problem later for the traveler. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we know the drill. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think about the travel industry. It’s mostly just data entry and talking to customers on the phone. We’re glad to be in Calicut though. It’s a good community and we see a lot of the same people coming back year after year. We just keep the door open and wait for the next person to walk in. That's our 673018 life.
