Nasim Ahmad runs things here at our spot in Zakir Nagar. We are at 545/44 in the H-Block. If you’ve ever been to Zakir Nagar, you know the streets are tight and there’s always something happening. It’s a very vibrant part of New Delhi. Our office is a simple place where we help people with their travel plans. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights. It’s just a door and some desks inside. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. We know their families and where they like to go. It’s more personal that way. We don't use any of those big marketing words. We just talk like normal people. Sometimes we have to share the space with stacks of paper and old files, but we know where everything is. The noise from the market outside is constant, but it’s a sound we’ve grown to like. It feels alive. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand rules. We just try to get the tickets and documents sorted so people can go where they need to. It’s a small operation in a big city, and we’re quite happy with that. We just show up every day and do what we can. Usually, there's a pot of tea going if someone stops by to chat.
