We are located over in Naraina Village, tucked away at Wz-803. It is a bit of a tight spot with the narrow lanes and all the local activity, but we have made it work for years. We do a lot of different things here, mostly helping people with paperwork and various shipping tasks that come our way. It is not the quietest part of New Delhi, but it is where we have set up our base. Our office is not anything special to look at from the outside, just a few desks and some old filing cabinets to keep things organized. We deal with a lot of international requests, which is probably why the name sounds a bit big, but really it is just a small crew working here every day. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking packages on the computer. Some days the internet is a bit slow or the power cuts out for an hour, but that is typical for this area and we just deal with it. People from the neighborhood know us well, and we try to help out whoever walks through the door with a question. It is a lot of coordination and making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. We do not have a fancy lobby, just a simple sign on the door and a lot of work on our desks. It is practical work that keeps us busy from morning until evening.
