Ranjit and the rest of the crew are usually over at Wz-491 in the MS Block of Hari Nagar. It’s a small office, mostly filled with stacks of papers and some old maps we haven't taken down yet. We spend most of the day on the phone or clicking through websites trying to find the right tickets for people. It gets loud in here when all three of us are talking at once. We’ve been in New Delhi-64 for quite some time now, so most of the neighbors know us. Sometimes people just pop in for a cup of tea and a chat about where they want to go next summer. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just a simple one so people can find the door. Dealing with travel can be a headache, especially when flights get canceled or prices change out of nowhere. We just try to stay calm and fix what we can. It’s not a perfect system, but we do our best with what we’ve got. We’ve had days where the internet goes out and we have to do everything by hand, which is a bit of a scramble. We’re just regular people trying to help other regular people get from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s a living, and we enjoy hearing the stories people tell us when they get back from their trips. It keeps things interesting for everyone.
