Ai,Sussegado Bar And Kitchen

We are located over in Sadh Nagar, right in Palam Colony. Our spot, Ai,Sussegado Bar And Kitchen, is on Street Number 17. If you find the Vishwanath Mandir, we are directly across from it, so it’s not too hard to find if you know the temple. The address says New Delhi and Haryana, which is how the records show it, but we are firmly in the Palam area. It is a busy street with people coming and going for prayers or just walking home. We started this place because we wanted a spot in the neighborhood where people could just sit and have a meal or a drink without it being a big production. The kitchen stays pretty busy, and you can usually smell whatever is cooking from the sidewalk. It is a bit of a tight space inside, but we’ve made it work with the tables we have. We don't go in for fancy decorations or those bright lights you see in the bigger malls. It is more about the food and the people who come in. Sometimes the street gets blocked if there is a festival at the mandir, but that is just part of living here. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and getting things ready for the evening rush. It is a lot of work, but we like being part of the community here in Street 17.
