Aisiana Airlines(South Korean Airline)

We are tucked away at 15/9 South Patel Nagar in New Delhi. People know us as Aisiana Airlines, which is a South Korean airline, but our office here is very much a local Delhi setup. South Patel Nagar is a busy place, and our street is no different. It’s a mix of homes and small businesses, so there is always something going on outside our window. The office isn't very big. We have a few computers, some filing cabinets that are getting too full, and a table where we eat our lunch most days. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. It is just a few of us handling things as they come. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when there are a lot of inquiries at once, and the phones won't stop ringing. We try to keep up, but we are only human and things get missed. The building itself is an older one, so the stairs are a bit steep and the lighting could be better. We’ve got a small fan that rattles in the corner, but it helps when the Delhi heat gets bad in the summer. We don't have any grand speeches about what we do. We just process the information and try to help people get where they are going. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day in South Patel Nagar.
