Our place is in Sangam Vihar, at A-342. If you know the area, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the different blocks and the narrow streets. We spend our days looking at flight screens and trying to find seats for people. It is a small operation. We have a few computers and some phones that don't stop ringing during the holiday seasons. People call us up wanting to go to Mumbai or maybe somewhere further away like Dubai. We just check the prices and tell them what's available. We aren't a big travel agency with a lobby. It's more of a home-style office setup. We’ve been in Sangam Vihar for some time now, so we are used to the noise and the way things work around here. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in so we don't lose the booking we were in the middle of. It can be stressful when a flight gets canceled and we have to find a new one for a customer who is already at the airport. We just do our best to get things sorted. It's a lot of typing and clicking all day long. We don't really have a waiting area, so people mostly just call us or drop by quickly. It's a straightforward business, just keeping track of tickets and helping people get where they need to go without too much fuss or trouble.
