Airticket Opperater

You can find us at 561/1 on the second floor in Chirag Delhi. It is an old part of New Delhi and the buildings are all clustered together. Our office for Airticket Opperater is a simple room with a couple of desks and some old chairs. To get up here, you have to climb a narrow set of stairs that can be a bit steep. There is no elevator, so we get our exercise every day. The neighborhood is very busy with lots of small shops and people walking by all the time. From the window, you can see the rooftops of the other houses and the tangled wires above the street. We spend most of our day searching for flights and talking to people about their travel dates. It is not a fancy travel agency with big posters and glass doors. It’s just us and our computers. The fan on the ceiling wobbles a bit when it’s on high speed, but it keeps us cool enough during the summer heat. We usually get our tea from the guy who brings it around in a kettle twice a day. It’s a very basic way of working, but we’ve been doing it this way for a long time. There is always a lot of noise from the street below, but we don't mind it much anymore. It’s just part of being in Chirag Delhi. It is a hardworking place and we like the local feel of the area.
