Down here in Begusarai, we run things out of our spot near the Vegetable Market on the Main Road. It’s a busy area, especially in the mornings when everyone is out getting their groceries. My name is Abhimanyu Chandra, and I handle the operations here along with a couple of other people. Being right on the Main Road means we get a lot of walk-in traffic from folks passing by. It’s dusty and noisy outside most of the time, but that’s just how life is in this part of Bihar. We deal with a lot of phone-related stuff, recharges, and helping people with their connections. People often come in with questions about why their signal is weak or how to fix a setting on their mobile. We don't have a big fancy showroom like you might see in the big cities. It's a simple shop with the basics. We know most of the people who come in by name because it’s a small community. Sometimes we just sit and chat while we work. The power goes out occasionally, which can be a bit of a hassle for our computers, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be a huge corporation; we are just local people providing a service to our neighbors. It’s a steady life, and we like being right in the middle of the action near the market. We just keep things running as best as we can every day for the people here.
