Airtel

Our office is found in Mahavir Vihar Colony, which is in the Kanjhawala area of Delhi, pin code 81. We are at house number B-6. It’s a bit of a trek from the center of the city, so it feels more like a small-town office than a big city hub. We handle Airtel-related work from here, which mostly involves helping people in the local colony with their phone and internet issues. It’s a small, basic office with just the essentials—some desks, chairs, and a few computers. We don’t have any of those fancy perks you hear about at big tech companies. We just show up, drink some tea, and get to work on the service requests. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we see the same faces every day walking by. It’s a nice, quiet place to work compared to the madness of central Delhi. We don't try to sound like a giant corporation when we talk to our neighbors; we just try to be helpful. Sometimes the work is repetitive, but it’s good to know we are helping people stay connected. The office can get a bit hot in the summer because the AC isn't the strongest, but we make do. It’s a simple, honest workplace where we focus on the task at hand without any extra fluff or corporate talk. We just keep things simple and local for everyone.
