We are over here in Sector 3, Rohini, specifically at House Number 81 in Pocket D17. It’s a pretty standard spot in this part of Delhi, and if you know the area, you know how busy the streets can get around here. We’ve been set up in this building for some time now, just handling the day-to-day things that come with running a telecom point for Airtel. It’s not a huge fancy office or anything, just a practical place where we get the work done. Most of the time, we are just busy with customers coming in and out, asking about their bills or trying to get a new connection sorted. The internet stuff keeps us on our toes because everyone wants it to work all the time. Sometimes the weather gets really rough, especially in the peak of summer when the heat in Rohini is just too much, but we stay inside and keep at it. Our team is small, mostly locals who live nearby and don't have to travel too far to get to work. We don't really do big speeches or fancy posters. We just show up, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. Usually, there’s a lot of tea drinking and talking to neighbors while we wait for the systems to load. It’s just how things go in this part of the city. We keep the paperwork in those old metal cupboards and try to stay organized, even when things get a bit chaotic during the rush hours.
