We work for Airtel and are located at B 186 in Guatampuri Phase-Ll, which is right in the Badarpur area of Delhi. The pincode is 110044, and it’s a pretty packed neighborhood. Most of the time, the air is a bit dusty because of all the construction and traffic nearby. Our office isn't very large, just enough room for the desks and some chairs for people who come in with questions. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at screens or helping people with their connections. The area around Phase-Ll is always moving, with kids playing in the street and delivery bikes zooming past. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and maps. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones act up, and we just have to figure it out as we go.
