We have our main spot at E-119 on the ground floor in Kalkaji, and we also keep things running over at C-782 in Sangam Vihar. It is not a very big operation, just a few of us sitting around desks piled with paperwork and routers. Most days, the air conditioner hums in the background while we try to sort out why someone's internet is acting up or why a phone line went dead. The Kalkaji office is right on the street level, so we get a lot of noise from the cars and people walking by. It gets a bit dusty, especially in the summer, but we are used to it by now. In Sangam Vihar, the space is a bit tighter and the streets are always crowded, making it a bit of a trek to get there some mornings. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking to people who wander in with their bills in their hands. There is no fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit here. We just have a couple of plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. We know most of the regulars who live in the blocks nearby. Sometimes the printer jams when we are trying to get things done, and we just have to laugh about it. It is a simple life of managing cables and connections. We usually have tea delivered from the shop down the road twice a day. That is just how we do things here.
